The deliveries for the Jio feature phone will start in the first week of September. The company has announced that the device will be available at first-come-first-serve basis.
Wondering how you can check the status of your booking and know the likely delivery time for the phone? The company has shared a number where you can call to check the status of your pre-booking.
The company also shared this information on its official Twitter handle. According to a tweet, all you have to do is just dial 18008908900 and share your registered mobile number details to get an update about your pre-booking status. As of now, the number supports two languages – Hindi and English. The existing Jio customers can also view their status in MyJio app under Manage Voucher section.
