Google’s Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will be going on pre-orders in India starting Thursday. Online, the new Pixel hardware will be exclusively available via Flipkart in India. The Mountain View company, soon after the global launch, had revealed that the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will be also going on sale from over 1,000 offline stores in the country.
The Pixel 2 price in India starts at Rs. 61,000 which is slightly below the price of iPhone 8 base variant which comes at Rs. 64,000. The Pixel 2 XL starts at Rs. 73,000 for the 64GB storage option which is equivalent to the price tag of base variant of the iPhone 8 Plus. The 128GB variants of Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are priced in India at Rs. 70,000 and Rs. 82,000, respectively.
The e-commerce giant will bring some exclusive pre-order offers that include 50 per cent buyback value on upgrading from the Pixel, a free Sennheiser CX 7.00BT In-Ear Wireless headset worth Rs 11,990, cashback of Rs 8,000 on EMI transactions through HDFC Bank credit cards, extra Rs 5,000 off on exchange of select phone models, and no-cost EMI starting at Rs 3,389.
